Match drawing/view scale tolerance

Match drawing/view scale Tolerance parameter has been introduced to System Setting/Print tab.

...

When utilizing match drawing/view scale modes, there are instances where the resulting scale slightly exceeds one of the predefined standard scales. For example, if the intended scale is 102, it does not align with 100, so the 200 scale is selected to prevent any truncation on the printout.

To address this, administrators now have the ability to define a Tolerance parameter (in percentage value). If the resulting scale falls within the scale tolerance range, the lower standard scale will be applied. For instance, if the scale result is 209 and the Scale Tolerance is set to 5%, the scale will be adjusted to 200 instead of 300 (assuming those are the defined standard scales).

Please be cautius about setting bit Tolerance value (above 5%) as it may result in trucnated printouts. The idea of this function is to fix only specific cases when the scale is just very little above standard scale.
