Introduction

This chapter describes how to setup two provides instructions on setting up two-factor authentication with for any account.

Initial setup

Step 1: login to you account

Once the application is installed, select Setup Authenticator App link. You will be presented with the screen below:Image Removed

This will start up a QR code scanner. Please scan the QR code displayed by FM ACCESS.

A user will now be requested to setup new OTP. They can remove the old one if it will not be used in the Account page.

Security Administrator should login to customer realm and access Users - CredentialsImage Removed

Then use "delete" function next to OTP credentials. Now a user will be able to login without OTP.
