New styles setting for lines

Issue [HDC-4097] 

User can now add new styles for all draw elements. 

When drawing any shapes, you can edit it's properties and change stroke style.

The styles are predefined and cannot be adjusted for now. Those are:

• dot,
• dash,
• dash-dot,
• dash-dot-dot.
