In Administrator panel\System\System Settings there is a tab Quick Print that holds configuration for printouts via (no) Smart Print buttons per object class.



To create new quick printout configuration for new object class click on New button.

  • Class - choose object class for which quick print button will be active

  • Use extended context objects - depending on status of this option, each call will have context object list added during execution based on selected object in Tree View . This can be used to have finer control over a result. But in some databases a context object selected in the Tree View is not the one that we want to use. In such case, disable this option and the object will not be sent. If macros are configured properly, their perspective will be used find correct context object starting from document.

  • Template - type in HOPA call that will be used to generate printout result. You can use placeholders: {objid} and {classid}  so there are filled with chosen object ClassID and hdid.

By default, parameter Download=1 is added to all quick print printouts so no need to add it in Template field.

Document classes can also be configured here if needed, the printout will be done then in context of whole document.
