Single selection
In During normal operation, clicking on a spot selects it. Clicking on another spot deselects the first one and selects the second. Clicking If you click on an empty place (with no spots beneath it) deselects , any current selection , if presentwill be deselected.
Multi-selection
To enter multi-selection mode, press and hold the Ctrl key. In multi-selection mode, clicking on a spot toggles its selection; selected spot becomes spots become deselected, while those not selected becomes become selected.
In this way, you can This allows you to select multiple spots by clicking on them in succession and correct your selection by clicking again onto on undesired spots.
Clicking on an empty place clears the selection as usual.

Additionally, one You can select multiple spots at once using rectangle selection.
With While holding down the Ctrl key pressed, press click the mouse button and drag the mouse pointer to draw a selection rectangle.

After selecting one spot or several spots (or groups) from the same drawing, its center point is calculated and drawn in form of diamond shape.
You can drag all selected spots together by dragging this diamond shaped point.
