This list presents the main system versions that were once a drafts that and had been published (except for Version 1).
Buttons:
New Draft - allow allows the creation of new drafts (alternatives).
Open - open opens HDC in the state saved in the chosen version.
Edit - allow to Edit allows editing of version name and description.
Set as System Default - when when clicked, marks the selected version is marked as System Default.
Advanced - group menu of advanced actions: "Show related Drafts" and "Revert version", described belowdescribed below.

Functions
There are cases instances where there problems are problems discovered after data from the Draft was is published to the Master archive. Data It's vital that data created in Draft should be always is thoroughly reviewed for consistency before publishing.
In case of a mistake a wrong the event of incorrect data being published to the Master archive, now there is now a possibility to revert such publish. The revert can only be made by users with Advanced Archive Manager role. For a publication. However, only users with the Advanced Archive Manager role can perform this action. Certain prerequisites must be met for a publish to be reverted some prerequisites must be met:
There can should be no Drafts in the system that are derived from the version that is going to be reverted.
This also applies to versions published after the selected version.
To check for this situation,
use the dedicated function Show related Drafts,
available from the new
Advanced context menu.
If any drafts are found
, administrators should take necessary actions; they can either discard or publish them before reverting.
The version selected for revert or any later versions cannot cannot be used as system default.
To resolve this
issue,
set a new default version that
was published before the version selected for
reversion.
Revert version
Function to revert selected version to Draft is available in Advanced function set in Version Manager:
