Print formats are first and basic parameter of each template, defining their height and width.

Each row represents printing format that can be used in HyperDoc

We have two types of print formats:

  • system -  Each HyperDoc application uses predefined parer sizes that are ISO and ANSI standards. Those System Formats are marked in column System.
  • custom - admnistrators can also create their own custom print formats.

By using column Available and marking individual formats, administrators can make only desired list of formats available for use in Print Template Manager.

I'ts not very productive to have multiple formats like A4 and Letter if the office is using only European standard, or in general, having 40 formats to choose from, while we use only templates for A4 / A3 / A1 and A0) (available = true)
