Key Features

The system produces standardized PDF/A-2b compliant files, which you can verify when opening the document in Adobe Reader - a blue header will indicate the PDF/A compliance status. This format ensures that your documents will remain accessible and readable well into the future, making it ideal for archival purposes.

  • Quick Print — Quick Print offers the fastest way to generate PDF documents of your current view with a single click.
  • Print Preview Mode — Print Preview allows you to customize your printout and review the final layout before generating the document. This feature provides more control over the output compared to Quick Print.
  • Batch Print — Batch print uses quick print logic but for multiple documents.

Print Administration

Administration panels allows to manage print templates - from creation and editing to assigning them to users and groups.

  • Print Formats — Print formats define the basic dimensions (width and height) of your document templates.
  • Template Editor — Print Template Editor allows for creating and editing of templates used for printing.
  • Print Template Sets — Print Template Sets provide administrators with a structured way to manage and distribute printing templates across the organization. This feature ensures users have access to appropriate templates for their specific needs while maintaining document consistency.
