Working with preview window
In Print Preview pane scale and location of the drawing can be adjusted by mouse (pan and zoom) - that means: what you see in viewer is what you get on PDF printout.
If there are no Print Templates available for selected Orientation and Paper Size, a blank key word is displayed (greyed out). A blank template is prepared automatically based on selected parameters. A Single View port is added that matches the paper size, default margins are subtracted.
This situation will also happen for users that do not have any print template set assigned. Blank template will use paper size defined by Administrator in System Print Settings.
When printing from PDF file to paper, please set printer properties to "Actual Size" mode. In other case printout may not have proper scale.
