Object Set
Â
Object Sets allow you to create groups of objects that belong together for any reason. The type or perspective of the objects doesn't matter.
For now, an Object Set can be created from objects that are present in the Grid. Simply click on the checkbox and then the Add to Object Set button will become active.
You can add objects to a set and then change the Tree object to add more objects to the same set.
To view the list of objects in the set, click on View Object Set.
Get ID
This option allows you to select one of your external domains (for instance, when you plan to export to another system) and retrieve a list of IDs.
ID is derived from the field designated as Object Identity (TOBIS) within the External Domain Configuration.
Upon selecting an External Domain, a list of corresponding IDs will be displayed. Users can utilize the Copy button to easily copy them to their clipboard.
List will only contain the IDs of objects defined in the External Domain, and the rest will be omitted.
Batch download of document's contentÂ
Â
The current implementation only allows the download of attachments, raster drawings, and their TAF files.
Select the number of documents on the Grid panel.
Add them to the object set with the Add to OS button located above the document list.
In the object set window, choose all or some of the documents using checkboxes, then click on the Download button.
A ZIP file containing the contents of the documents will be prepared and delivered to you based on your browser settings.
Â
ZIP file downloaded name is <site_name>_<timestamp>.zip
Timestamp format is <year-month-day-hour-minute-second> (without hyphens)
