Versioning

Allows system administrator to enable Strict mode. When strict mode is enabled then all versions from main alternative should be sealed and newly published versions also should be sealed.

When this mode is turned on, users will see Read Only notification next to currently used version in main HDC panel.

Each attempt to change database will be responded by error message in status bar: 

 But most buttons like Add, Edit, Delete Object will be simply grayed out in this mode so those action won't be accessible at all.
