Templates Sets

Templates sets allow administrator to decide which users (or groups) can use which templates for printing.

Print template set manager allows management of print template sets.

  • Creation of print templates sets with custom name

  • Each print template set contains a list of print templates, selected from the available print templates list. 

  • Each Print template set should have default template.

  • Sharing sets (with users or groups) can be set for each of the print template set.

  • Available column is based on availability of print format used.

  • If templates is not available than it will not be possible to print using this template.

 

Users (by separate assign or by group assign) should not be assigned to more than one print template set. In such case when printing, default print template is taken randomly (same is if template set has no default print template).

Please note, that each change in templates will not be seen by users currently working with HyperDoc. Such users will see changes after they log into the application again.
