User related changes
Clearer visibility if user is in main archive version, draft or in past version
Issue [HDC-4466]
Additional bar of colour was added to top toolbar in main interface to better indicate whether user is in main archive version, draft or in as past version.

Pin button for Server Tasks window
Issue [HDC-4497]
Pin button was added also to Server Tasks window.
If button is pressed then it will change to "On Hold" state and window position will be remembered by browser next time this window is opened.
Improved attachment viewer with simple markup
Issue [HDC-4495]
Attachment viewer is now updated with many performance and display improvements - in particular in the areas of annotations/forms, image/pattern rendering, text selection, font conversion and accessibility.
Other improvements include image rendering improvements that allow rendering big images that previously could fail to render correctly.
Temporary markups (annotations)
Users can now add markup on top of any document displayed in the attachment viewer.
Note: these markups will be lost when the document is reloaded.
To add markup please use Draw function in the viewer:

Print or Save markup
Markup can be printed or saved to local disk. Please use corresponding functions on the viewer menu:
Saved searches available from Advanced search button
Issue [HDC-4481]
A quick access menu to saved searches is available under Search button.
When no saved searches are defined, the menu will be empty:
When Saved searches are defined, a list will be shown directly on the dropdown menu:
When specific saved search is selected from the menu, a result window will be opened automatically:
Note: The list is limited to 10 items. If your item is not visible, please select More option to open a full view and select your search from a Select saved query dropdown.
Persistent and printable measurements on redline layer
Issue [HDC-4508]
Each measurement is now placed on separate private redline layer that is created when user uses measurement function.
Default settings for layer above can be changed if needed but specific measurement cannot be modified (fill, stroke etc).
Measurements can be saved as normal shapes and will be present on a drawing visible to it's owner or others if shared. They can also be printed.
All measurements can be removed in View mode with Clear Dimensioning button from Measure Toolbar or by right mouse click context menu on single measurement.
Change Requests related changes
Change Requests Dashboard
Issue [HDC-4465]
Change Manager permission is required.
A dedicated Change Requests dashboard can be accessed from a module selector:

Document View
Mobile App
QR Code Scanner
Scan any of the popular code formats with a device camera to lookup the object in system database.
Most of the QR codes and barcodes are supported.
Read more about this functionality in the QR Code Scanner section.
User "share link" to open app
Mobile app supports "share links" (from email notifications or obtained from Share Object or Document Link function).
When a supported link is clicked, it will open up the mobile app instead of navigating to browser site.
App view will be synchronized to show desired object.
Note: only links from sites using bim.cloud domain are supported as only this domain is associated with the mobile app.
Navigation breadcrumb
Tree view now shows a "breadcrumb" navigation bar to clearly show what object is currently selected.
The toolbar shows the final part of the path but can be swiped to review entire path.
Tap on any object in the path to return to it (make it a current selection in tree).
Filtering options in various Grid Views
Mobile grid views now include options to filter content by using a filer bar:
Possibility to filter results include: Versions (drafts) and recently visited objects and the main object/document grid.

Administrative related changes
User report to view joined user groups
Issue [HDC-4482]
This function allows to view and manage groups for a selected user.
It should be used when you want to:
verify which groups user is a member of
assign or remove one or more groups from a user
It works in addition to standard group management, where selected users can be added or removed from a specific group. In standard function available under Groups section, one can:
view all members of a selected group
add one or more users to a group
To view groups assigned to user, please open Admin → User/Groups → Users view. Then select a user and use Manage Groups function.
Assign and unassign groups
There are arrow buttons in the middle pane that allows you to assign or not assigned one or more selected groups.
The panel on the left "Assigned user groups" lists groups that this user is a member of.
The panel on the right lists groups that are available for assignment.
To remove user from selected groups, check one or more groups and use "Remove" button. You can also use Remove All button with double arrow.
Note: A user cannot be removed from a System Users group.
In order to assign user to a group, select one or more groups and use Add Group button.
You can also assign all groups by using "Add all groups" button.
New System Macro "Current User"
Issue [HDC-4449]
New system macro has been added called Current-User to list of other system macros. It can be added both in print template and on a drawing directly.
When resolved on a drawing, print-preview or a printout it will display current user Full Name attribute.
Please note that macro will not be resolved (will not be visible) if used for HOPA calls or in Anonymous session.
Remove user from it's groups when user is inactivated
Issue [HDC-4483]
When disabling user/s, Administrator can additionally choose to remove user (or users) from all they groups.
If Yes is selected, than user will be unassigned from all groups. As stated on screen above, user cannot be removed from System Users group.
Asset+ sync
New implementation of Asset+ sync with Sync Manager and possibility to resolve conflicts. For more information, please visit: Asset+ Sync
