View / Select mode toolbar

This is default mode of viewer after loading drawing.

Based on selected Theme, toolbar may slightly differ (colors, width, section name can be missing).

Document

	Save	saves any changes done to drawing.
	Manage	opens Composite Drawing Manager that allows to see and manage drawing's parameters.
	Document Info	Metadata for selected document
	Document Location	path information where this document is located
	Reload	Reloads current drawing.
	Options	Opens context menu with additional options: Auto Save - when checked, every changes to drawing are saved automatically every few seconds (default: 5 sec) or whenever you navigate to another drawing or object. This mode should prevent any loss of user input. If the Save button is grayed out, it means there are no pending changes to be saved. Show Child Objects - enable to display child objects as symbols (e.g. Room equipment) See: Display objects as symbols Object properties - can be shown for a linked object on the drawing. Now three options on when these are shown are available: on hover - show properties automatically when mouse is hovered over an object on click - show properties when active objects is clicked off - do not show (properties can be shown using context menu available on right click) This setting is available per user and can also be also change in User Profile.l options

Zoom

Zoom Out - zooms out one step (zooming can be done using mouse scroll).
Zoom in - zooms in one step.
Zoom Fit - fit zoom to display whole drawing (initial state).
Auto Zoom - toggles between Auto Zoom ON and OFF. When it's ON, clicking on a spot will perform zoom to this spot.

Tools

Crosshair - enables/disables crosshair that will fallow your cursor. It's line width can be changed in User Profile window.
World Cursor - toggle "world cursor"
Ortho Snap - toggle orthogonal snap
Angle Snap - toggle angle snap
Vector Snap - toggle vector snap
Apply Dynamic Labels - control display of dynamic labels

Print

	Print to PDF	Quick print that will print current drawing to PDF file using predefined (by administrators) settings.
	Print Notes	Toggle printout of Notes report
	Highlight	Highlight selected spots on printout
	Print	Open up Print Preview. For more details see here.
	Image View	Open up pop up window with current view - that allows you to copy view to clipboard or download view to PNG file.

Image View - View copied to clipboard can be paste into graphics or text editors such as Word, emails editors.

Measure

Drawings & Layers

This section shows list of drawings and layers connected to Composite Drawing displayed.

Drawing dropdown: show list of drawings - there can be multiply raster and vector drawings.

Layers dropdown: (only visible if there is at least one vector drawing) show list of layers with columns.

S: type of layer: global or private,
Fl: default Fill color for spots/shapes on this layer,
St: defailt stroke/line color for spots/shapes on this layer,
Name: name of layer,
E: show if you have enough system rights to edit this layer,
V: you can toogle this to hide/show objects from this layer on currently displayed drawing.

View Selector

The View Selector has been added to the viewer toolbar under the Select mode. It will only be visible in Object Infoscope mode and specifically in the following cases:

A Room has spots on two different documents
A Rental Unit has two Rooms that are located on different drawings
A Rental Unit has two Rooms, and one of the Rooms is located on more than one drawing.

All Drawings will be "summed up," and the appropriate document/View count will be presented.
