Introduction

Attachment viewer is used for all compatible files that are not created as drawings. 

Attachments are indicated on the Grid view with paperclip icon:

Depending on the attached file type, a preview might or might not be available.

When a preview is available for PDF attachments, a "Download as PDF" button is displayed.

For documents converted to PDF for preview purposes, both the original file format and the converted file can be downloaded.

Supported formats

PDF documents can be viewed directly in the viewer.

For other file formats, they will be converted for preview if possible. The supported file formats for conversion include:

• Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

• Open Office / Libre Office files

Search within a document

Open search using search icon. Type in searched text and select match options:

• Match case

• Match Diacritics

• Match Whole Words

Access to page thumbnails: Use Toggle Sidebar and use Show Thumbnails function:

Temporary markups (annotations) 

Users can now add markup on top of any document displayed in the attachment viewer.

 Note: these markups will be lost when the document is reloaded. 

To add markup please use Draw function in the viewer:

Print or Save markup

Markup can be printed or saved to local disk. Please use corresponding functions on the viewer menu:
